Ali Akbar Tahir is an electrical engineer specialising in power systems along with over 4 years’ experience in engineering, monitoring, evaluation of World Health Organisation (WHO) projects as well as in the installation and commissioning of solar PV facilities in the domestic sector. Currently, he is performing power system studies for identifying transmission and distribution system investment requirements till 2040 as part of the Integrated Resource Planning project for Lagos state in Nigeria.
